Artist Andrew Swan and I won the right to be Mock Mayor for the Golowan festival in the ravishing town of Penzance. Narrowly beating the Benbow dog into second place by promising free chips for every being. With Duran Duran’s ‘Gulls on film’ reverberating in the marquee, we danced to victory. Thank you to Kate Jones who started the whole idea of Gulls_Allowed and is generally an animal loving wonder woman.
